New to MFP

Hey!
So, I just wanted to introduce myself a bit. I am a 18 year old girl from Latvia, and I have struggled with my weight as long as I can rememeber. Time to change that, I guess. I love my white jeans too much to throw them out just because I don't fit into them anymore. Looks like I have around 30 pounds to lose for sure, and some more if I want to look my best. Gotta try!

I am going to be working out by JM "Ripped in 30" starting tomorrow, and mixing it up with cardio in the gym. Should I put in a rest day or can I go without it?

Have you got any tips? If you did "Ripped in 30"?, how did it go?
