30 Day Shred - sustainable?

Hey guys, I want to ask for the 30 DS for Christmas as the dedicated users on here seem to get amazing results and it'll only take up a small portion of my day! What I'm concerned about is sustaining those amazing results, how do keep your body like that after you've finished the program?Do you carry on using it but only 3/4 times a week instead of every day or cut of completely and go back to normal routine with your fingers crossed! I just don't want to get great results to just be discouraged and give up weight loss altogether if I put it straight back on.

    I still do 30DS occasionally. But since I loved 30DS so much that I ended up buying a bunch of JM's other dvds and I just rotate through them to mix it up. I really like her dvds and they work well for me. I also run a few days a week too.

    I also have Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, 6 Week 6 Pack (my current favorite), Killer Buns and Thighs, Ripped in 30 and I have her new Extreme Shed and Shred on my Christmas list.
