Goulash, if you have any paprika? that would use onion, green pepper, tomatoes and steak.

    Chicken and dumplings

    2 chicken breast- cubed
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
1 can low sodium chicken broth
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup diced onion
    Pepper to taste
1/2 roll of premade biscuit dough (Pillsbury)

    4 Servings
Cook all ingredients except dough on high for 4 hours. Add cubed dough to mixture, cook for another 45 mins. Delicious. Approximately 290 calories per serving, depending on brands used.

    this!

you can do chicken salsa the same way and serve with rice or in tortilla's.

i love my crockpot! I make all sorts of stuff in mine: taco soup, beef and veggie soup, baked potatoes, dry beans (to serve with cornbread), breakfast casserole....there are tons of recipes online!

    enjoy your new crockpot!
