DONT READ INTO THINGS SO MUCH.....

After reading and reading and reading some more, on everyones tips and advice, I now understand why there are so many confused people out there when it comes living a healthier lifestyle or getting fit!! Obviously we need to find what works for ourselves, so this is what I intend to do!! I am blowing all advice off(well maybe not all) and here is what I am going to do....
#1. I am going to exercise my *kitten* off every chance I get!
#2 .I am going to start pumping more weight.
#3. I am going to eat nothing but lean proteins and all the fruits and vegetables I dam well please( as long as Im under my calorie goal)
Yep this is all that Im going to do!!......just sayin:)

    As I always say....whatever works for you....GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!
    Advice is all good and should be taken in the context that it is given.
    I have a plan that works for me, another friend has a plan that works for her.....we are all individuals and should treat ourselves that way.
