I still have issues realizing that I've actually lost weight. My trainer and another person in my TEAM fitness class have been telling me that my legs look great, and I still think they're fat. So, we took a measuring tape and my thighs were the smallest by about an inch. Of course, even with this evidence, I'm still skeptical. I still see myself as fat. Even when pants that were tight in the waist and thighs are now loose.
I also looked at another program I used to use where I recorded my thigh size. They're down 2.5" in the last year.
I'm down 26 pounds... it's going slowly, stalling a lot, but my body composition has changed completely. I'm down from Obese to 2% from normal.
