I am 5'5 and weigh about 148.2lbs right now and I am at 1200 calories a day to lose 1.5lbs a week. I am wondering if anyone is on the same plan when I should move to 1lb a week. My goal weight is 135 and I am wondering when I should move down. Can anyone help me? Thanks! :flowerforyou: :tongue:

    How do you feel at 1200? Is it enough? Do you add eating cals with exercise?
    How long at 1200? Is it working?
