What are your goals? What is your weight now, and height ?
My weight is 145 lbs ( 65 kg)
my goal weight is 120 - 125 lbs (55 - 57 kg)
My height is 170 cm

    My goals:

    250 lb squat
    300 lb dead lift
    180 lb bench press
    120 lb overhead press

    I think I can hit these numbers soon. Maybe the overhead press goal is bit too ambitious.

    As far as body weight goal, I couldn't care less right now.

    My weight now is 160lbs.
    Goal weight is: 130-135lbs.

    Exercise Goals: elliptical 3x a week for 30 minutes
    15 minutes of weights/ 5 days a week
    treadmill/exercise bike when I can get to the club at least 2 days a week 45 minutes

    I am 5 foot 1.
    I started at 195 lbs December 1st of last year; I am currently 148 lbs. I have 2 goal weights. #1: 135 lbs & ultimately 120 lbs and under.
    I have done 2 rounds of Insanity, and am currently on my second round of P90X. :)
  • My weight goal is to drop from 101kg to 95kg by the first of March and then to 90kg by the end of 2012.

    In 2012 I have set a goal of running 1,000km through out the year.

    I'm 5'6" and 168lb, trying to get to a size 4, which was historically 130ish, but 2 beautiful baby boys later my body is a different shape, so I'm not sure on the weight.

    Exercise goal: Run 10k in May, and half marathon in October.
  • I'm 5 foot 3 and 174 pounds. I'm currently a size 10 and my ultimate goal is to be a size 6 again. I don't really care about the weight so much - I'm trying not to focus on the number on the scale because it's far from a good indicator of health. I've been trying to bust through a plateau for more than 6 weeks now so I'd be ecstatic just to make it under 170!

    As for exercise goals, I'm strength-training but I haven't been doing it for long enough to really know my abilities enough to set a goal like "squat x pounds, deadlift y pounds." I'll be doing Couch to 5k in the spring and I'd love to be able to run a 5k by next June.

    My goal is to tighten my butt and hips and maybe this will require me to lose some fat in the area so maybe another 5lb loss? I won't be upset about not losing weight as long as I see the body areas change.

    my goals are to be 160 by the time winter is over and be 150-145 by summer and have a BMI of 20 right now mine is 23 and i weigh about 169

    i try to burn 500-600 calories 3-4 times a week and eat between 1400-1500 on good days, 1700-1800 on really really bad days

    ("About" because I have noticed that every scale weighs me differently. Annoying but who knows which one is right...)

    Now my goal is to stay steadily in the 104 - 110 lb range (as weight naturally varies from day to day and so does my diet, especially during the holiday season!), and to tone up!

    I do some exercise every day. Sometimes it's only 30 minutes, but usually I do an hour or more of walking, elliptical or some kind of cardio. I've been using 4 lb weights, adding them to my crunches and squats.

    I hope to get P90X soon, as my sister has it and I've done some of the workouts with her when visiting. I won't be following the plan exactly but just doing whatever one I feel like. I like the freedom of doing whatever sounds fun -- that's what keeps me consistent with exercise.

    Goal continued: i wanna lose the weight and become more lean so i can have an easier time while in the armed service. Hoping to get that goal weight by febuary, i hope!
