So Close Yet So Far

I've lost a dramatic amount of weight and I'm thrilled, don't get me wrong! But the last 20 pounds I'm learning are the hardest to lose and I feel stuck no matter the amount of time I spend working out or how I've changed my calorie counts to adjust to my changing shape.

What are some suggestions for me from those who have met their goals and have been stuck in the rut of the 20 pounds to go?
