Weight gain 1.5kg. Not the first time its up down up down so much. And I will be honest. I know where I go wrong. Over eating and no exercise = weight gain. I feel like I don't want to do this anymore. I'm tired of focusing on what I eat or don't eat. I enjoy my exercise but sometimes finding that 30 min is just not possible. I lose weight slowly and was fine with this as everyone says there is more chance of keeping it off if you lose slowly or is this just said to make you feel better. This is the bad thing about losing weight slowly "the journey can be TOO long." I have lost 28kg in 20 months. And have a long way still to go.

I am grateful but also tired of only ever being greeted with look how much weight you have lost. Is that all there is to me my size. Am I not important for anything alse other then my body shape?

Whinge over.

    I think you're a real inspiration for losing 28kg....

It may take a while, but for the health side of things, it would be worth it I would imagine???

As for whether you are anything more than your size/shape!??!? HELL YES YOU ARE!!! YOU ARE AN AWESOME LADY. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND EVERYONE AROUND YOU SHOULD APPRECIATE HOW PERFECT YOU ARE REGARDLESS OF YOUR SIZE/SHAPE.

If you feel you don't want to do it anymore, it is your choice, but with how far you have come... 1.5kg gain is not that much on the scale of things... and honestly, next week it could be a 2kg DROP...

Hang in there Jen... I have faith in you... xo
