Every mile is one more burger I ate one more beer I drank, one minute I sat watching tv. This old life is hard to kick, but count on this it is happining. My old life does not stand a chance of survial. I am killing it one mile at a time. Every weight I lift now is the reminder of how slowly I was killing myself one beer, one burger, one tv program at a time. So how many more miles to the finish line well I have no idea, what I do know is the old way of living was no way of living at all even though I just logged my exercise I am looking forward to my next mile tomorrow or two or three depending on weights. The moral of the story is I am one mile further away from my old life. Am I running away from my old life, yep with a passion and not alone eather. My wife has been very inspirational to me. When I started this my wife had lost 30 pounds she is now at 40 pounds and I am at 20 pounds. Come on the next mile with me, with your friends, with your families.
