Losing water weight fast

Any suggestions? I am just wanting to know what foods I should eat to lose some water weight (in addition to my daily exercise and sauna room) I have something to prepare for and wanted to lose some water weight.

Again, not looking for an end all answer so I don't need any "preaching" posts. I understand the weight can come back. :) This is a quick temp fix. Thanks! :)

    Simple.. Drink water. Foods themselves won't make you lose water weight.. but if you push more water it will.
  • Buy these tablets called "Fluid Away" you can get it from Priceline or your chemist.... they are amazing. You have one after breakfast and one after dinner each day... and honestly your water weight drops off you! I looked thinner, less puffy and bloated, even though I hadn't changed my diet!! They're around $30 a pack :)

    I find green tea really helps me when I feel really full of fluids. A cup or two will have you running to the bathroom and will really help flush out some water. Then just LOTS of water!

    Low carb diet, specially don't eat any starch.
    I can lose 5 lbs in 3,4 days in the 1st week.
    It will give you a lean face also.
