Instead of a big plate of spaghetti...
Try House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles! There are only 40 calories in the whole bag and they are ready after 1 minute in the microwave! They take on the flavor of pretty much anything you put on them and are awesome in soup, stir fry or with pasta sauce....soooo glad I found them!

I love those noodles more than normal pasta! I actually really don't like pasta, so I was thrilled when I found these. They have a different consistency, which is much better in my opinion0

I love spaghetti, but like a large portion. I mix spaghetti squash in with the pasta. Makes me feel like I am getting more. And I benefit with some veggies.0

haha they do feel like a bag of chunky jello or something, but once you drain out the liquid they look exactly like ramen noodles.0 -
I tried them, and unfortunately, all I wanted was my pasta. I so wanted to like them because they are soooo low. I'll probably try them again, and maybe the spaghetti squash idea from the earlier post.0

i'm interested in trying this... i'm not s huge fan of zucchini, but I wonder if the pasta sauce would mask that flavour?0 -
I want to try them, too. Are they with the refrigerated/frozen foods?0

No, you have to get fresh ones and cut them with a vegie peeler.....sorry!!
Nice Sauteed in olive oil - much tastier than fatty boom booom pasta!0 -
We tried the Shiritaki noodles and I can put up with them but my spouse can't. Google "Hungry Girlfredo" for a fun recipe using these noodles.
HG had another great pasta swap -- broccoli slaw. Google "Slaw and Order" for her dish using these... I love it and it's SUPER cheap!
For those who simply can't give up that unique pasta texture and taste, check out this thread:
