Today I swam 1000 m nonstop in somewhere between 30 and 35 minutes (I can't see without my glasses, so I'm not sure of my exact starting time.) After I swam, I did 54 minutes on the elliptical.

Back in October, when I had just re-started on exercising, I could only swim 100 m without a pause to rest, and 500 m total wore me out. That also took me like 20+ minutes (rests included).

Improvement comes quicker than weight loss, and it is fun to note. I'm going to have to start a timing spreadsheet to track my pace while swimming and running. :)
