Hello everyone!
My name is Brandi, I'm 18, and a freshman in college. I'm happy to finally be introducing myself! I've been using the MFP app for my phone for about give or take three weeks. I just started to get back into exercising, ran three and a quarter miles today. Well, for most, it would have been walking at 4.7 mph, but I'm a shorty, lol, 5'3''. I weigh 136.6 lbs. I've lost four lbs. so far with MFP, I had a little faux pas with well...um, cookies, the past few days, but I am completely back on track! I currently eat 1200 calories a day, and am pleasantly surprised that I actually feel full! I'm so happy to finally start counting calories. With all of my other attempted weight loss endeavors, I just really couldn't do it, but with calorie counting, it is really exciting to see the weight come and stay off. I'm in for calorie counting for the long haul, a life change if you will. My goal weight is 105-110 lbs. I am thankful to have the support of my boyfriend, who serves as my exercise motivational coach. With the help of my boyfriend, the support of the MFP community and of course, my iron will...I can do this!
I'd love to make some motivation buddies if anyone is interested! I again, look very much forward to meeting you all!
