... onto another persons body?

I have heard from a few people that it is a good tool to put a picture of your face onto the body you would like to end up with (ie cut out from a magazine) and to put this up somewhere you can see it everyday such as your bathroom mirror.

I'm just curios to see if anyone has tried this or something similar, and if you felt it helped motivate you by giving you a more tangible visual representation of your goal?

If you have done it, please feel free to post a pic too, I think that would be fun!

I completely misread the question. Now I'm having horrible mental images.

I have. Not for weight-loss, but for another goal (It was a person in the uniform of a position I was trying to achieve). I tried to make it look good (matching head size, etc) and it worked okay.
It kept me going for a while when I lost motivation (finally moved on to other goals ... I have oh shiny syndrome).

The big trick is making it mesh. If your face is full (mine gets that way when I get heavier) it's harder to make it look realistic. Also be careful to go for one that is your body type. I'm very short and "squat" so a tall, leggy model look will never happen for me, I would just be setting myself up for disappointment.

No, but I buy the clothes I want to fit into, and it's been a great motivator.

I would like to try your idea, but are there any buff guys who don't shave their body hair?
    I hate that.

    It's so girlie....

But I'd give it a go with some suggestions since I don't follow the current world of celebs or whatever. Are there any fit, muscled guys who are not afraid to be real men?
