another newbie :)

Ive been using the app for about a week, first time newbie here on message boards. Im only a shorty (168cm) and weighing 56kg. I dont really have a goal to loose, maybe about 5kg, i just want to be able to look down and actually see my toes! need motivational peoples, as im pretty secluded where i am, and this horrible winter weather gets me down :( But anyway im 21, from good ol land down under . HI :)

p.s, im a bit confused cause it says eat no less than 900 calories a day (thats bad fo you an puts you into starvation mode), i eat about 6 times a day, lots of veggies and salads, and according to my tracker, am only eating about 800 calories after exercise, any suggestions?
I have remotely the same food everyday,
Bran and yoghurt, apples and oranges for snacks, salads and grilled lean meat for lunch, and veggie and meat for dinner, i thought this was helathy? how do i "up" the calories but still loose weight?
