Who has a GREAT eggnog recipe?!?

I would love to hear some eggnog recipes that have been tried by you guys! My husband has his uncle's recipe which is amazing....but has an insane amount of cream and sugar and tends to make my stomach upset.

This one is delicious but you have to have a crowd. Once you mix in the egg whites, you have to be ready to serve it. It is terrible for you, but the servings are small. (I couldn't find the peach brandy when I made it so I left that out.)
