Hi I have beem using this for a while but quit for a bit but I'm starting, again. It's hard for me to continuously work out and eat right. But here I am! I want to stay on track and its getting easier and the results keep me motivated! However, since I run outdoors, I will admit that jogging in the cold will be a challenge but I feel that I'm up to it. So far I have been kicking *kitten* in the snow! :happy:
I hope that this time around I can make myself proud.
Patience is key.

    Take each day one at a time and they will build on eachother and soon it will be months later and you will be amazed at the commitment you've been able to make. :)
