Roasted Chicken Recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp Kraft Salad Dressing - Roasted Red Pepper Italian With Parmesan
1 tbsp Emerils Original Essence Spices
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Dry Oregano Leaves
2 tbsp Pace Picante Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a bowl mix Salad Dressing, Emerils Spice, Garlic Salt, Oregano, and Picante Sauce. Spray broiler pan lightly with Pam non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken on the pan. Brush chicken with half of the spice mixture using a marinade brush. Bake for 20 minutes and brush the chicken with the rest of the spice mixture. After second coating of spice mixture cover chicken with aluminum foil for the rest of the baking time for a more juicy tasting chicken.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 175 degrees internal temperature
