Frustrated

If I move my weight loss to wanting to loose 1 and 1/2 pounds a week I only get 1200 calories a day. If I move it down to loosing 1 pound a week I get 1430 calories a day. When I finalize my dairy for the day it shows that I am gaining weight. I loose very little each week and am becoming increasingly frustrated. Any ideas would be appreciated.

    "I lose very little each week" <--- Your still losing though right? Don't be come discouraged. You have lost 52 pounds and that is absolutely incredible.

    Perhaps you have reached a plateau.

    My 2 secret weapons of breaking through my bodys plateau is to switch up my work out routine and increase the intensity. You may need to just shock your body.

    Don't know if this helps at all, but GOOD LUCK :) you're doing great!
