I went to the podiatrist yesterday because I was having a lot of pain in my heel. He said I have a bone spur in my heel. He gave me a shot to help with the pain, but said I need to not excercise for a few days.

In the past when I've taken time off from working out from being sick or something that is when I lose focus. Then I don't start up again when I'm better.

I really hope when I am able to work out again, that I will. Any suggestions on some low-impact workouts I can do, or how to keep my motivation in tacked?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you cycle? You can still do upper body and core exercises even if you can't get in the cardio. Don't let this small bump derail you!! You can do it!:flowerforyou:

If your still able to walk and stand, do some yoga! Besides being great exercise for your body, it will help keep your mind in the zone!
Hope you feel better soon!! :flowerforyou:

you could do crunches, situps, punches, upper body weights, just some thoughts....

    swimming is a great idea

I had one about 10 years ago and I think it's back but the shot did help back then - good luck that's a really painful thing
