Lost Steam

All steam has been lost. I have been stuck in the same 5 pound range since September (when school started). So "maintaining" has been ok, I guess, but until recently I was still eating pretty well, and working out the same amount.

But now it's finals time, and I am super stressed out, and my diet has gone to complete crap. I have been working out 2 days, then taking a day off, then working out 2 days, etc. I have changed up my routine from day to do, added weight, switched up cardio, etc.

The stress of the exams makes me crave junk food constantly, and having run out of money has made it hard to buy groceries, let alone the good stuff.

I just needed to vent. And possibly get advice from others who have gone through tough times, and come out of it ok, and went on to meet their goals. Because at this point I don't feel like I'm ever going to get there, especially since the scale has been going the wrong way, and I just feel like crap about my whole life right now.
