Good cheesy pasta recipes anyone?

So the store had the Italian cheese on sale this week for 3.49. It's usually 7+ bucks for 8 ounces. O.O But anyway, I want a really good pasta recipe that uses as much pasta and cheese as you can think of. And delicious of course :) Tuesday I have a really long work day and should be burning around 1500 calories that day so I'll need the energy, and I can afford the extra calories.
