Does anyone know how many calories I should add to my daily intake if I am breastfeeding. I heard it was 500 or so. Any suggestions?
Thanks

My doc had me different with both kids. 500 was for the second. Talk to your obgyn and see what he/she says.0

Depending on how much your baby is consuming, you should add 500 to 600 calories per day! I agree that you should consult your ob doc. Good luck!0
