Need a Trainer's Advice. Are you out there?

Hi!

I made a workout program last week and tried to stick to it. By the end of the week, my body was so sore that I could NOT push through it and I felt my whole body screaming to give it a break. I have Fibromyalgia and am not sure how that plays in this quest to work off the fat but I need to know the line for me to work my butt off, literally, but do it in a way that it doesn't bench me. Any suggestions?

Last weeks goals:
Mon - 30 mins Cardio 30 mins Cardio 10 mins working on problem areas - DONE
Tues - 30 mins Cardio, 30 mins Strength Training with Body Sculpting by The Biggest Loser - DONE
Wed - OFF
Thurs - 30 mins Cario, 30 mins Strength Training LEVEL 2 - (After this workout, I was shaking for over 2 hours!)
Friday - 30 mins Cardio, 30 mins Cardio - I could only do the first one but made it 45 mins.
Sat - 30 mins Cardio - 30 mins Strength Training - Work Problem Areas - I could do NONE of this
Sun - OFF - Thank God cause I couldn't have done anything.

I am 43, went from 320 to now, 239 mostly by working out so I think I am pretty fit for my age and weight. But I do have FM.
