    Check out our 30 day shred check in posts. I've lost over 8 lbs since I started the shred over 3 weeks ago. I'm really noticing increased upper body strength and seeing abs that I haven't had since high school. (although with the addition of stretch marks:laugh: ) I bought it for $8 and I think it was a good buy.

    I've heard a lot of good things about this video, I'm really overweight but I'm going to buy it and try it out, i may be crying by the end but I'm gonna try!!

    I have been doing it for a week and love it. they have modified versions of some exercises if you need to start off slow
