My suggestion was Skillet but you already have that... the only other Christian band that I am familiar with is Jars of Clay, some of their stuff is slow, some is fast paced.

Flatfoot 56...Christian Celtic punk band out of the Chicago area. I saw them in concert opening for the Street Dogs and even though I'm Jewish...I think their music is fantastic. You will probably find the lyrics/message more meaningful than me, but the cadence and sound is great for working out HARD!

I love Reliant K... when I had a hard time the other day keeping on my walk their song Pressing On came on and it kept me going and got me motivated again :) I also like kutless, casting crowns and if you were a girl I would say Francesca Battistelli lol :D

Glad to see other Grits, G1C, Lecrae, and Skillet fans.

I'm usually listening to either Skillet or Grits but some others are:

    Manafest
    Seventh Day Slumber
    SuperChick
    Pillar

and Remedy Drive (only if I am in a funky, feeling sorry for myself, ,kind of mood).

BTW: Would love to have more Christians friends on here. Add me if you want

Good thread! I tend toward lyric-less stuff like dubstep, but I'll be sure to check some of these out.

August Burns Red or The Devil Wears Prada, although its probably not what you are looking for lol. But they are Christian bands.
I was thinking something along the same lines, there are tons of bands in that genre that are Christian. For Today is what came to my mind, but I don't think it's what OP had in mind. lol
