Hello - day 1 for me!

I have had several people tell me that they experienced great success by joining MFP, so here I am. I am in my early 40's and am at my heaviest weight ever. I hope to lose at least 25 lbs by early April. I could use a support system, so add me as a friend!! Thanks! Happy Monday!

Welcome!
My advice for success, eat lots of lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and even if you don't eat all the right foods on certain days, make sure you still log it.
This is easy if you're committed.

This really is a great way to help you lose the weight and get healthy, as long as you use the tools.
I first joined in August but kept falling of the wagon, but am now working at doing my best to reach my goals, which I know if I work at it I will do!!

Hi! Feel free to add me as a friend also. I'm in my late 40's and have about 35 to lose. I have a goal of June 1, 2012. I have been logging everything that I eat. I know that is the KEY for me and keeps me cognizant of what I am eating. I have my diary settings to "available to friends" so anyone can open my diary and view what I have been eating. Kind of makes me even MORE conscience of it!0
