weight loss plateau

Stuck on a weight loss plateau at the moment but I am doing quite a bit of resistance weight training so hoping that my muscle to fat percentage is changing for the better.

My diet is still good, eating healthy and watching my calorie intake !

    It has only been a couple of weeks, so don't lose faith! Just keep at it and if you don't see a change in the next couple of weeks, maybe think about changing up your current goals? Speaking of goals, have you been adjusting them as you have lost weight?
