Today you woke up and decided to gain 5 pounds. How do you go about it?

    Did I want a permanent gain or a temporary one?

    Temporary - eat a bunch of chips & salsa and don't drink any water.
    Permanent - up my protein and start doing more heavy lifting.

    I would start off with breakfast at my favorite donut/breakfast shop. Then lunch at my favorite chinese food place. Lastly, I would hit the melting pot for dinner and get the big night out. 5lbs in one day, done!
