Hi! I've been doing great on here but I know it's mostly due to my control of my food and my ability to exercise everyday.
on Thursday, my fiance and I are going to his family's house on the east coast where everything will be out of my control. Won't really have a say in the food and would never want to hurt their feelings by not eating something. Also, won't be able to do my 30 day shred without taking over the living room.
What have you all done in the past with this? I don't really want to stop logging and exercising for the 5 days I am gone but don't really see how to do it. Any apps that have exercise that don't require weights?
Help please! I don't want to gain when I am half way done!

Will you have internet access or do you use a smartphone? If so, take sensible portions and estimate their size picking what you think it the closest match in the database. Oh, and only eat one plate of food, no seconds even if they encourage you to eat more.
As for exercise, that is more difficult. What I have done is take my laptop and put it in a room with the space I need and workout there playing the video on the laptop. Not as nice as a TV, but it works. The other option is do a bodyweight circuit such as this:
Burpees x10
Plank (30 seconds or more. Basically hold for as long as you can)
Push-ups x10
Lying one-leg Hip Extension 10/side (use 2 legs if you can't do it with one) 12 per sidehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynLvGO09y_s
Side Plank (15 seconds or more. Basically hold for as long as you can)
Let-me-ins http://exercisegarage.com/let-me-in-a-body-weight-instructional-video/
Body weight squats x12
Rest 1 minute and repeat 2-4 more times.
If you have a stability ball there are a bunch of other exercises you could do as well.0 -

I will have my iphone but wasn't planning on taking my computer. Thanks for that exercise routine, I think I will type it up into my phone so i will have it with me. Maybe watching youtube videos on my phone?
Thanks for your help, you're right, not all is lost.0 -
Consider it a learning opportunity on how to eat in a controlled manner away from home.0

Tricky situation...I know it's not the same but do you run/jog/walk fast? That's something you could maybe sneak out early and do if conditions are good.
Do his family know you're losing weight? They *might* be helpful if they do!
Also I do think you should feel that you can turn down food you don't want or need.
Good luck!0
