I remember one time (keep in mind my mom had a wooden sppon with my name on it for when I was "BAD") I did something "bad", so I threw my "spoon" over the fence in my neighbors yard...

a couple of hours later my neighbor calls my mom and says there is a spoon in his yard with my name on it... :noway: MAN did i get it when she got that spoon back...

stoopid neighbor...:grumble:

I tried that but my mom knew when we were trying to pull something over her eyes... besides It would have been easy to see and the sound of a wooden spoon hitting a book makes a much louder thwock than the deep hollow thud it makes against raw flesh...

my mom did break that spoon over my butt, so she then migrated to paddles... ahhh the joys of growing up in the south...

my mom stopped spanking me when she sprianed her wrist on me... LOL I guess my butt got too hard

you never met my grandmother.. she lived in wisconsin, and if we were bad near her she would make us go pick our own switch in which we would recieve our whoopin with...

I made the mistake of picking on ethat was too small, she made me pick two more and she taught me how to braid them together... neddless to say I could braid by the time i was 10... and i was a PRO at it...
