Just curious, how many miles a week are you running right now?

25 but that really needs to increase as the "6 months to my first full marathon" training just snuck up on me lol!0

Not as many as I'd like to be. It's a struggle to squeeze out 10-12 miles a week, but I am hoping to get 22/wk the next 2 weeks, then after the new year I will return to a normal schedule and barring injury should easily get 20-25 and ramp up from there for marathon training.0

About 20 as of recently, but will be upping that in the next couple of weeks prepping for my first full marathon in March.0

lately it's been way less, the cold weather i dont mind but it's too dark out to run after work and im not a huge fan of the treadmill unless I absolutely have to0 -
This past week I ran almost 40 miles. I usually average between 25 and 32-ish0

I average about 12 to 15 miles a week depending on how busy I am0

I'm doing the FIRST program. Which is one day of intervals, one tempo run, and a long run. I'm presently doing about 3 miles in intervals, 6 miles tempo, and 12-13 on my long run. I bike 25 miles 2x per week as well.0
