Going Over on Protein

Is it really that bad, and what if i'm not getting in all of my cal, fat, or carbs? On most days I'm left with carbs, fat, and cals but way over on protein, what can i do?

    well it kind of depends on a few things. i am assuming that you are getting a lot more dairy now. but if you are still under calories i would not worry to much. Protein fills you up and burns for a long time so good for you in that respect.

    What is the percentage breakdown of carb/fat/prot?
  • im on 1200 cals a day, 165carb, 40g fat, 45g protein
