cardio or strength training?

I personally like strength training but a friend of mine suggested It is better to do cardio! which is better????

  • Neither is better than the other. The two should actually be combined to make your workout/exercise complete. You should strength train on some days and cardio on the others.

    ^^This exactly, a combination of the two is most beneficial!

    Both is what I find best for me.

    I can maintain the muscle that I have and lose fat.. it's a win win!
