I have seen the 'P.I.N.K. Method' (www.pinkmethod.com) featured on the Dr. Phil Show and The Doctors and it has definitely peaked my interest, to say the least.
I know that this method is common sense. Nutrition + Fitness = Weight Loss. But of course, the thought of having it all put down for you and a program to follow sounds great.
I really want this program but the cost is about $80 so I don't know what to do.
I do already have a lot of fitness equipment. Including a treadmill and a elliptical machine. But sometimes I feel like my weight loss journey is such a battle and is taking forever. I have 30 pounds more to go. Yes, I know that this is a lifestyle change and I should not be looking into something that in claimed 'fast'. But I want faster than it's been going.
What do you guys think of this program? Worth it? Has anyone tried it?
Thanks!!!

I have not seen the program but am sure it will work. Like you said, in its granular form, Nutrition + Fitness = Weight loss. My suggestion would be to retrain your goal to master a sustainable lifestyle change rather than something that works fast. Far too often, people want "fast" but "fast" does not stick around for long.0

I have spent literally thousands of dollars on various weight loss programs. None had any long term success.
Since starting on this web site back in September, I have learned more about effective strategies than what any other programs have every taught. What is boils down to is the right amount of the right food, junk in moderation, and a healthy mix of cardio and strength training.
Fat2Fit Radio's web site and podcasts have also been a huge help to me.0 -
There is so much FREE correct information on just this site alone. Don't pay for a program when you can get it for free.

You've got your own workout equipment, MFP and smarts. You've got everything you need already. You don't need another scam. You can do this all on your own, promise.0
