i love love love LOVE to cook! im italian what can i say!
i only use fresh ingredience nothing from a box!!!!! ever!!!!

and watching these shows im thinking mmmm.....must have butter lol.
but then im thinking well how can i make these meals healthier.

NO BUTTER!
plain yogurt as a comp for sour cream!

i love cooking.

so what is your fav dish to cook?

mine is
chicken pasta made with baked chicken, wheat pasta, roasted veggies and plain yogurt to thicken it up!

i also like to make a green salad and sugar free tea to top it off.

plus my hub is a chef so i can bounce off his ideas!

    Its always a mistake when I watch Drive-ins diners, and dives. Its nothing but comfort food. :ohwell:

    lol i have to make sure im not hungry when i watch it. today i had progressive 100 calorie chicken and wild rice soup and a nice green salad!
    you should try waldons farm* i believe is the name. its a sugar free low fat italian dressing! it taste amazing!
