    HATE HATE HATE push-ups. I have bad knees and had foot surgery in college, so either way is painful and practically impossible.

    Favorite: Isometric jump squats
    Least: long runs on treadmill - boooring (outdoor running or intervals on the treadmill are great though!)

    Least: lunges, shoulder overhead press/fly's (because of my bad shoulder), treadmill/eliptical

    Favorite: running/walking OUTSIDE (treadmills suck)

    Least favorite: it's a toss up between squat jacks and rockstar jumps. I feel like my body just wasn't built to move that way...blech

    Favorite: Planks/any abs

    Least: Lunges (ill do them but i hate them)
  • Favorite: Hiking, or in the winter - the treadmill @15% incline, and free weight exercises
    Least like: burpees, jumping jacks and lunges

    Least: F@#$@!!@%ing lunges (especially when I have to do them AFTER squats)

    I would like to add that BURPEES are the exercise from hell and I hate them and wish they would die.

    I love to dance, and hate to do cardio on some machine or in a class.

    Least: Strength training.. I find it so boring

    Most: Running outside!!! So much fun to see where I can go! There are so many places to run!

    Favorite--believe it or not, Spin class, and a machine that I use for my back, I'm up to 120 lbs now :bigsmile:

    Least favorite--I'd have to say leg crunches, I'm @ 60 lbs now, it's hard to do more than one set :frown:
