Fav: boot camp and running stadiums

Favorite: Running and Yoga

HATE HATE HATE push-ups. I have bad knees and had foot surgery in college, so either way is painful and practically impossible.0 -
I hate the treadmill.....PERIOD!

Favorite - Hiking and Tabata
Least Favorite - Push-ups! (hate, hate, hate)0 -
Fav: soccer
Least Fav: knee tuck jumps............ughhhhhhhhh0 -
Favorite: Isometric jump squats
Least: long runs on treadmill - boooring (outdoor running or intervals on the treadmill are great though!)0 -
Favorite: Spinning & Kickboxing
Least: lunges, shoulder overhead press/fly's (because of my bad shoulder), treadmill/eliptical0 -
Favorite: running/walking OUTSIDE (treadmills suck)
Least favorite: it's a toss up between squat jacks and rockstar jumps. I feel like my body just wasn't built to move that way...blech0 -
Favorite: Planks/any abs
Least: Lunges (ill do them but i hate them)0 -
Favorite: Hiking, or in the winter - the treadmill @15% incline, and free weight exercises
Least like: burpees, jumping jacks and lunges0 -

Least Favorite: Going within 10 feet of the Dreadmill or Helliptical.0 -

I would like to add that BURPEES are the exercise from hell and I hate them and wish they would die.0
