Phobia of Eating too much.

Hey everyone. This is my first time being on a calorie counting diet. I accustomed to a low carb dieting in which i have lost over 50 pounds before. But that was two kids ago, and i don't have to stamina or endurance to past the two week phase any more and i also believe that my body is now immune to the low carb diet. So i decided to try something else, but trying to fill my 1450 calorie goal seems to be too much. I am always under my goal (under 1000). I feel like I'm forcing myself to eat to reach. I must say i have already lost 4 pounds in two week in which I'm proud of but I'm reading in some of the post that eating too few calories will cause you to retain the fat instead of losing it. I need some ideas for healthy meals that filling and can help me to meet my goal.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!
