These are the perfect size to get rid of that sweet tooth without killing your day of being good!

1 package refridgerated pie crust (2 crusts per box)
2 - 3 Braeburn apples, sliced
Butter
Sugar/cinnamon mix

1) Cut both pie crusts in half and then into strips.
2) Brush lightly with melted butter
3) Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mix.
4) Roll 1 slice of apple in each pie crust strip and place seam side down on baking sheet.
5) Brush top of each mini pie lightly with butter and sprinkle a small amount of sugar/cinnamon mix on top (optional).
6) Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

Obviously, the calories are going to flucuate depending on how much butter and sugar you use. I did NOT peel the apples and they cooked perfectly. The only tip I have is one you cut the pie crust in half, place an apple slice at the edge of the crust and then cut the strip on the other side of the slice. This way you have the perfect width for each apple slice. Each mini pie is 2 bites so it's the perfect size. The problem becomes eating only 1.
