Trying to get my body into a shape other than round

Hi, my name is Marselles and I'm into my 12th week of hardcore workouts. Haven't lost a bunch of weight but my body fat percentage has dropped by 7 percent so yay! What I need is some motivation to keep doing this thing. Any help would be appreciated. :)
