Hi - Anyone else from the UK?

Hi,
Just joined yesterday. Am finally determined to tackle poor eating habits rather than relying on exercise to manage my weight!
Have had a really good day of healthy eating, cooked a healthy low fat chicken casserole for me, my husband & the baby can have some too (no salt). No sweet stuff! Been to the gym and worked hard!
Have booked a meeting with an exercise consultant from the gym to come up with some new exercises to challenge myself/my body a bit more, as I'm usually quite mentally tired by the time I've looked after the baby all day and got to the gym, so just need some downtime and end up doing the same thing (sitting on nthe bike for 35 min or so).
Anyway, that's all too much information!!
Happy to be a motivational friend to anyone whose also exercising regularly and got similar goals. I don;t care if I have to go to a hynotherapist - it's about time I CRACKED this!!! 8D

Hi im from the UK....
Good luck with what your doing, this site was good when i first joined up and then i had my cals too high and eating back what id earned threw exercise and now i decided not to or not by much im starting to lose the weight again, i exercise (walk to town and back, 45mins each way) everyday if not at least 30mins of walking coz i cant not do exercise iv even been doing it in the rain and dont get a lift home...
Enough of my boringness haha
