Hi everyone,

I just joined MFP today! I am very excited to get started. I have been doing Weight Watchers for over a year and I have not been successful since they started the new program. I am hoping MFP will give me the edge I need to lose more weight!

For all you MFP experts out there, is it okay to go over on your protein for the day?
