Hello everyone! So my current daily caloric intake is 1490 but I've been trying to work out more than I have before... so I end up burning off a lot more calories. I've been reading that you're supposed to "eat" the calories that you exercise off in addition to your daily intake. Is that right? If so, any ideas on how that is possible without feeling like I'm eating too much and all the time?? Some days when I work out and eat my three meals and two snacks a day, I still have almost 1000 calories remaining. Hope that make sense... if anyone can help with advice, comments, etc... I'd really really appreciate it! Thank you in advance!
