New trying to get healthy

I lost my brother Darrell from a heart attack late september he was 53. My other brother last week went in with a heart attack only 48. I'm 51 and have 3 wonderful daughters and one grandson and one grandaughter and another one on the way. I want to be here for them as long as I can. So am working on being more healthy. Looking for people who are willing to support me and help me achieve my goals.
