Do you think it's possible, just possible?

That perhaps some people can't eat their exercise calories back due to metabolism, body type, ect?

The numbers on the scale keep going up for me and this despite the fact that I work out hard and log all my foods...

When I was on WW they told us we could only eat up to 10 exercise points per week...And I lost...

Since September my scale has not only completely STALLED but has gone up...6 pounds :(

I have decided not to eat my exercise calories back for 30 days just to see...

Maybe it worked for the first 25 pound loss but it's just not working anymore :(

And I understand the advice of "changing" the workouts but being a busy mom..This is just not possible right now...
