Hello all! My name is Erin. 34 at the end of this month, 5'6" and sitting at 223lbs :( Ever since I got heels spurs and plantar fasciitis from playing ball hockey, my already over weight body gained another 25 Lbs. Exercise hurts, but I have been fighting it and working out anyways (Jillian Michaels 30 day shred). Over the past 3 weeks, I have been eating extremely well, perhaps too little though, judging my todays food diary. I've cut bread and junk food out completely....and have lost maybe 2 pounds. Im hoping if I keep this up, I'll start seeing a difference soon before I feel way too defeated to even bother.
