Does anyone know how long it takes for weight loss/gain to happen? Ie, if I exercise one day....how long does it take for it to effect my weight, or if I have a binge day how long will it take to make my weight higher? Just wondering when I should expect the changes.....

It's really completely dependent of the person. Definitely regular exercise will help in any situation but everyone has drastically different metabolisms and such. Sorry.0
