to alcohol or not to alcohol?

I love to drink wine and I was wondering if drinking a 6oz. glass of wine will sabotage my weight loss? Any thoughts?

    I save enough calories for a couple of drinks a week, and I'm doing fine. Just log it and make room for it in your eating plan!

    Once a week, no. Daily, yes. I lost all of my excess weight by dropping that small glass of wine at dinner!

    Exactly. I'm a big fan of drinking, but it will cause problems if you do it all the time. Especially since it slows metabolism.

    I have a drink or two several times a week (like 3 or 4 days a week) and I've been losing steadily. Log it and make room for it, you'll be just fine.
