I hate belly fat! Help

Okay so I'm 5'3 and sad to say 216.. I've never been over 160 and haven't had to work out ever! I need help losing the belly day its the only place I gain all the weight!!!! My thighs have gotten bigger but not to bad. I don't know what exercises I can do to lose the belly fat and tone the "preggo belly" and my thighs! Like I've said I've never had to do this so I'm totally lost when it comes to diet and exercise!

    Unfortunately you can't spot-reduce fat. As your over-all body fat percentage drops, you will lose weight all over. You can, however, do core workouts to strengthen your abdominals. It may not show, but it will definitely benefit you :D

    Sad but true, there's no way to 'work out' a certain area to cut fat in that spot. Keep focusing on cardio and core-strengthening workouts, you'll get there!
